said to my dad before the match I'd be happy losing if we played well and city were better than us. thats what happened, unstoppable goals by world class players. that's where you need some luck, you need those to hit the post.very very proud of them.
I feel a little sorry for the Man City fans. After the years of misery they had, it is almost sad that the rule book is ripped up and they have just bought this team of individuals. Yes they have had victories, but I personally do not support teams for the winning of trophies, that is just the little bit that happens now and then if you are lucky. We fought hard. However this cheque book shit is boring. I'd rather get beat by Man Coty than Chelsea or Man Utd. Fans like ourselves
Good ladThere ya gan Randy , you're liked x
I'm the opposite, I was in tears losing the Millwall in the semis and Charlton in the Play offsI feel a little sorry for the Man City fans. I do not consider Man United a chequebook team, they bought their team through success on the pitch. But even with Chelsea, who are a chequebook team, at least they are a team and not a team of individuals slotted together who pass it around until someone does something amazing. I would have rather have lost to one of those miserable Man City sides of the 1990's than these guys today, where some of the players did not even seem to want to lift the trophy. I would hate for Sunderland to have what has happened to Chelsea and Man City happen to them.

Fletcher bottled it mateNot sure what it looked like on the tele but the feeling in the ground is that Fletcher dropped his arse when presented with golden egg and the ref made a bad call with the tackle from behind.
What did it look like on the box
Tube very subdued
Totally agree! Great performance and 3 certainly does flatter the billionaires...[DOUBLEPOST=1393779112][/DOUBLEPOST]Such a shame, I think 3-1 flatters them. Lads worked their hearts out and, but for a bit more composure, we could have had something out of this.
I don't think there are any scapegoats today, however hard you look...Fletcher bottled it mate
