Am I exaggerating to say he looks like one of the worst players to have pulled on our shirt in a long, long time in his appearances so far?
He's poor enough, probably ranks ahead of Angeleri, McFadden, O'Donovan, Healy...but he's still fairly poor.

Gary Bennett says we all know noone is a good player in his commentary...I've never heard of him neither.Look at this quote from the Guardian:-
"But at 2-0 they went into what-we-have-we-hold mode too early, withdrawing Craig Noone, who had destroyed Andrea Dossena,........"
I had never heard of Noone before - is he a world-beater?
i think he is just not fit
I like the idea of playing a left back at left back. Later in the game he helped stretch Cardiff. But he's not that great and the red mist is in him. Hopefully this Alonso is an improvement.terrible player. Slow and dirty. Red card waiting to happen. I would be happy if he never played for us again.
What is he like? He's not a left back, that's for sure.
Looks more like a midfielder trying to play as a defender for me, he was terrible defensively yesterday but his pull back for Giacc(?) in the Cardiff penalty box was quality. What is he like?

I know it's not much but he can cross a ball from the left. With his left foot. He might be the only player we have who can do that. I quite like how mental he is but was shite defensively tonight. If he watches the entire match back he will still not realise the lad he was marking was left footed.
