The problem with Johnson has been his inability to recover if he throws down a few pies, if this happens lets see if he now has the mental strength to come back from it. The best thing about yesterday is it wil of knocked a fair bit of the confidence/arrogance out of them fuckers

He doesn't, he's the ultimate rhythm bowler. I picked him to top their wicket takers as he's the best of them, but if he starts to go he'll disintergrate and will be dropped before the series is out. And that will be just superb.[DOUBLEPOST=1385064572][/DOUBLEPOST]
Yes but let's not forget two of broads wickets were to very poor shots from nothing deliveries.

Saying that I think we did really well with a ball that wasn't doing much on a flat batting track.

My fear is the Aussies could still get to around 350 and then suddenly its an even game.

Ball is only 10 overs old and Lyons doesn't know which end of the bat to hold, I'm calm.....

I think the Aussies were a bit nervous is fairness.

England are so methodical and so disciplined that it works really well at exposing their weaknesses.

Few people saying that Aussies just got out to poor shots, true, but that was a result of over after over of pressure building on the batsmen.

Makes me laugh Warne banging on about Cook not being attacking, why should he? The tactics they have currently make them extremely hard to beat, why change.

Managed to stay up all night to watch the first day, only going to watch first session today ahead of the weekend.

How tall is Tremlett? Looked like the Jolly Green Giant standing next to Ward, Taylor and Nasseur just there.

Clarke is a bloke I really should hate but he seems a decent lad. Talks cricket well.
