My thoughts as well. I'd have thought he would've signed for us before now if we were genuinely in for him and not just an option on the shortlist.

Well we did only finish 17th. I'm not sure who else of decent quality would fit the description of an English midfielder with keys. Please not Mark Noble....
 
Thank the lord for that!! Never rated him personally, but have been biting my tongue in-case we signed him & i'd have to support him.

Huddlestone is a very good player but he has fitness issues. Good luck to him at Hull!
