Hasnt cricket changed in the last 10 years in that, most of our players (appear to be) from working class backgrounds?

give it another 10 years & I reckon at least half the England squad will be of Asian origin. they love their cricket & have fewer other sports of interest to distract them ;-)

Over the years, we've had far fewer Asian origin players than we could have expected really. It will be interesting to see if that changes as you predict.

think it is just Bresnan, Anderson and Swann in our starting XI. Fairly sure Root was privately educated.
