Sad and makes our decision to invest in 2020 rather than the championship look more foolish

think theres a few of them gone out to grass this season:-(

It seems it's never too early to invest to freshen up an aging team

Here was us thinking we were still contenders. Sadly the old guard are not physically or mentally capable of the grind anymore, and it's happening to all of them at once

Heard it last night after the game at the ground but nobody was saying anything at the ground last night about it. Still awaiting news from a few people about it

Have we signed Gibbs for the rest of the season?

Nope. Gibbs goes off to Sri Lanka next week but is free to return IF we progress.

Possible chance Myburgh will be signed for the rest of the season, he will find out soon.

This hasn't been confirmed yet. It sounds like his mind is made up but he might stay and help us stay up. Apparently his injuries are taking longer and longer to recover from.

Has he picked up another injury? Because he played in the 2nd last week, didn't he?

The craic is that the day after the game last week he could hardly walk. I'll hopefully find out what the proper craic is from the man himself in the next week or so.

The rumour is that he has a meeting with Harker sometime soon. It could be that the Myburgh deal will depend on whether Michael stays or not.

All rumour and counter rumour ATM.

This may put things in perspective
Collingwood's task of saving his home county from relegation has not been made any easier by the news experienced opening batsman Michael Di Venuto is expected to be ruled out for the rest of the season because of injury

Seems like Luke Edwards just reads the SMB cricket forum

Can't say I've seen him at a Durham Cricket match.
