Duff, Given...pretty much everyone that moved on.

I'd strongly dispute those 2 being classed as being a 'success'. Duff's played without doing too much. Given lost his place immediately and is now at Villa. Bassong sat on Tottenham's bench, Owen sat on Man U's bench. Viduka disappeared, Beye sat on Villa's bench. Martins went to Russia and did fuck all.

They've hardly set the world alight tbh.

And deservedly so. We were awful that season.

When we went down quite a few players moved on. How many were a success for their new teams?

f***ing hell mate, you usually talk sense but Enrique, Collocini and Carroll have all done well, add Ba and Larsson to that, Downing and Johnson when Boro went down. That's just those related to North East clubs over the last 3 years, let alone countless others.

iv said since the play off final he's off to west ham....feel free to ask any of the west ham followers i have they'll confirm it for you

But you said before that he was going to Fulham.

Would make sense with being mates with Larsson..

Not sure either way about him....

His middle name is Tony Waikwa...

Already mentioned there are exceptions chap.

That's a lot of exceptions for there to be any kind of rule imo. It's common sense that teams get relegated because they have players who are not good enough, but there are always players good enough for premiership football in those teams as well. It's about picking the right ones.

Signed him for us on FM. He was class.

Sign him up Marty.

Haway then. Which teams did you play for, and when did you retire?

Bingo.

a couple/few of players will be good enough but the vast majority of the squad isn't which is why the club goes down in the first place.

No idea who this 'biggie' is. I know that a midlands based journo tweeted about Olsson's transfer request an hour before he did though, and it isn't exactly hard to link us with an available left back.

In my opinion he would be an improvement on Richardson, I'd take him.
