What would the IPL do for someone who isnt a test cricketer?

IPL improves test class batsman because they learn how to rotate the strike

If people cant see the IPL would be good for our batters, so be it.

All we do is block or whack and then get out, you need to be able to work the ball around

i didnt notice india rotating the strike much against swann like. cant say i seen much of pakistan milking our spinners either.

much easier to rotate the strike in limited overs because there are gaps galore. in fact the bowling side is quite happy to let you take singles. test cricket is completely different.
