how far from station then dude? walking like.

drinking in the town when we get there.

25 mins walk from the station but most of the pubs in town are in the opposite direction so it will take longer from where you are drinking (add on 10 - 15 minutes). Buses are free from the station if you have train ticket and match ticket.

best movin towards the gen direction of the ground then.

There are plenty of pubs between station and ground. Not the best of pubs but OK for a few pints.

cheers- do they bus us bac to town after then - so we can obtain our supplies for the train?

s'pose it will all be a bit new this for the BTP with larger numbers of aways travellin in same train out of town as ur lot will have a few on it livin bridgend, neath etc

They bused some fans back to the station last year - Leeds for example - but they still let people wander off to get beer for the train (Chinese supermarket over the road from the station for beer). No idea if they will do that for you tomorrow - it seems fairly random. Usually when there are a lot of away fans, they stick them all in the first couple of coaches on the train regardless of what seat you have reserved and make everyone else use the rest of the train. It is usually fairly relaxed. BTP/SWP stay on the train until Bridgend when most of the home fans have got off.

yeah, thought that might be the case. Would have thought there would be quite alot of us for the train exiles etc

my Sheff Weds mate was saying they dodged the buses back to the station the other year so they coiuld go for a couple of quiet pints.

The Swansea lad has done all right to be fair ....... most 'other fans' come on here and start bubbling as soon as they get a bit of harmless abuse :-D
