Just thiught i would share a little information with you before you all set off on your long journey.

Parking around the ground is really non existant. There is a few few car parks where you will probably pay around £5-£6 in the back streets but probably better of leaving the M4 at junction 45 and catching the park and ride which is well signposted.

If your hear early enough your better off heading for a few family friendly pubs within about a 10 min walk to the ground (Plough and Harrow Brynhyfryd), (The Wern Landore) and (The Globe Landore) try to avoid the Railway Inn. There is a Harvester and Next door to the ground but this gets very full on matchday and you might struggle to get served. For those of you arriving by train, you can head down to Wind Street pronounced Wine Street where plenty of big chain pubs can be found and will be bouncing come Saturday night. Anything up to 8,000 people on the street with around 25-35 pubs and clubs. If you intend to visit there in the morning you are safe enough, however will face a taxi ride of around 15 mins costing around £10.

Have a safe journey and her is hoping for a 1-0 win to us.

Hope you have a great season (apart from tomorrow of course) - Swansea play football the way it's supposed to be played

How far is it from The Dragon hotel to the ground? walk, bus or what

Won't be down mesel but that should be helpful for those that are.
Hope you have a great season and stay up.

Surprised SwanseaJack only predicts a 1-0 win. Must be not expecting much.

Thanks pal- when you mention the £5-£6 jobs do you mean the kind of Car Parks people set up in school yards or factories on match days, I use these pretty much all of the time and am reasonably happy.

Dragon is in the town centre not far from Wind Strret 200 meters and around a 25-30 min walk.

Do you like to watch Gavin and Stacey?

Do you watch Auf wiedersehen pet?
