Juniper’s Pantry set for July opening

Sunderland is set for a taste of artisan decadence as two award-winning chefs prepare to open a boutique delicatessen in a bustling area of the city.

Lad I went to School with is opening this, Just what Sunderland needs in my opinion, pity it's on the dirty side of the City like but even so I will definately be paying a visit, I suggest all you food lovers do the same, tell them the Helmet sent you from the SMB for no discount at all.

I'd hardly describe the Barnes as bustling like

This lad is no mug, been a Chef all over the world in top places, I'm pretty sure he will have done his homework.

Support it and then it will do canny, everyone's always on about there being no places to buy quality scran, and now there is a one on the doorstep, I for one will be going and buying some gear, the rest of you can carry on shopping at Aldi.

When the family run deli opens on 11th July, customers will gain access to an array of products made from scratch or prepared on site, including: juniper and sloe gin cured ham; lamb and rosemary sausages; country house pate of Northumbrian chicken & duck; rabbit, shallot, wild mushroom, brandy and herb pie; artisan bread rolls from the bakery and a host of desserts and jars from the patisserie.

My mouths watering.

That makes no difference man, people want to go there on a night out, who the fuck wants to take the car? people moan about walking all the way to Sunnyside, there's nee way they'll get sustained business up there, it's to far out.

I don't think you have grasped the idea of a boutique delicatessen.

I have man, I don't think you've grasped the idea that it's on the outskirts of Sunderland and not Kensington, I hope it's a massive success, I really do!
but I just can't see it.
