Who are the top ten most famous and popular artists/ bands in order 1 to 10?

Abba, Led Zep, Elton John and, unfortunately, Madonna all take up space on these lists as well.

Yeah, I just googled Top 10 selling recording artists. Some put Elvis on top, some put The Beatles. But Elvis influenced The Beatles. That's got to go in his favour here...

I'd say Led Zep are probably more credible than The Stones, or at least I hope they are! I dunno. I reckon Led Zep have sold more records than The Stones at a guess?

If we're talking about 'world-famous', it's important to try not to just look at this from a western perspective. Personally, I think it's Elvis by a mile.
