RAWA Supporters collective meeting with KLD - 18th January

Just observing from the outside, it all just seems pretty pointless but people seem happy enough which is fair enough. Get that Chris W lad in, he'll sharp hold them to account, only one who dares to speak out against the owners

Why don’t you just worry about Hartlepool shit owner rather than piss and moan about a meeting which the agenda had nothing to do with what you are having tantrum over?

They do discuss football related stuff though, regularly. For this particular meeting the vast majority of the fan concerns have been around the off pitch issues. These are also the areas where supporter groups can have much more input and/ or influence. So for this one it was agreed that the focus would be on off field matters.

Even from a football perspective, we're in the middle of a transfer window, so it's too early to complain about incomings, and the head coach is just in the door so realistically isn't going anywhere. What should we be spending time on? Telling KLD we want promotion, telling speakman to buy a striker, saying that a lot of people didn't want Beale? They know. And as mentioned there's going to be another meeting in the near future where there'll be time to discuss other items that didn't come up yesterday. If the window shuts and we haven't improved the side, and if the head coach is dragging us down the table, it'll be a much more suitable time to mention discomfort around progress on the pitch without it seeming like a knee jerk.
From the online meeting the other night, did the club accept all the concerns raised were genuine and they would look to address everyone?
I know it was a lengthy list, but was a true reflection of how much of shambles it's becoming off the pitch.

Aye, guess there's no chance of misquoting anyone about stuff that wasn't discussed! We didn't discuss any on pitch/ football related stuff, there'll be another meeting date agreed soon (well before the end of the season). That will be after the transfer window and when beale has had longer, so would be a better place to touch on football. Obviously it's not an area we can (or would want to) influence, but I know a lot of members like it being brought up, so it'll very likely be on the next agenda.

We also didn't discuss anything around SO37 because the club have committed to having discussions with them separately. Again, obviously if that doesn't happen or the SO37 lads aren't happy with the engagement we could pick it up at the next one. Some will be disappointed that it wasn't covered, but out of respect for those involved with SO37 we didn't think it was right for us to discuss it all when they're obviously best placed to do so
Anything on preseason, surely that can’t be under embargo until the minutes are issued?

Surely the striker situation was raised?!

Did they give a timescale of discussing things with Spiritof37? Do you know if they've already reached out to them.

Should offer them a corporate ticket and talk to them before a game for the work and effort they've put in.
