I agree with the "more than usual today" - I thought he had a decent game today and was certainly more animated than usual. But across a season he's not one to put his foot in where it hurts is he?
He's 6' 2" - he should be bossing midfield.

They should make Dan Neil stand on the edge of the 18 yard box in training and get people to chuck balls at him at different pace, height etc.
He should be made to stay there until he’s getting at least 80% on target.
