We may be weaker, everyone has their own opinion on that but at least we seem to be putting the foundations in place. How many players have we let go this summer? Add to that the number of loans we had and it was always going to be a difficult task to replace them all. At least we've brought a number of youngish players in on permanent deals, Alvarez has a fee agreed (hurrah!) and we only have 1 on loan so come the end of the season we'll just have to add to what we have rather than yet another mass rebuilding job. That for me is why this transfer window has been a success...although if we get relegated I'll have been proven emphatically wrong!

Complete opposite for me, stronger first team, but weaker squad... I know a lot of people disagree though

I'd go along with that. The lack of defensive cover being the main issue for me
