Will it be split into separate sites / projects?

We don't do much above £15/20mil but retail parks, factories, big sheds etc.. is bread and butter

I believe there'll be a main contractor appointed but no idea how they might divvy it up .

Is that the F73 job or the shipyard? Is there a preferred contractor?

Aren't they both the same ? Can't say just yet.

They’ve and other suppliers like British Gypsum and every other have profiteered and took the piss since Covid and contribute and caused this inflation we have found ourselves in.

Best 1st fix gun we’ve got is a Milwake . Heavy but never missed a beat.

Just gone back to a Milwaukee 1st fix nail gun. My first Hikoki lasted about 3 years before it started misfiring so I bought a body only rather than get the old one fixed. 5 months later and the Hikoki has started playing up so I've bought a Milwaukee and I'll keep the Hikoki as a spare.
