The article doesn't say we have made a bid, it says we are negotiating. Still no idea whether it's true or not like but the tweet saying no bid isn't really contradicting anything in the article.

Barely heard of the bloke until we were linked personally. Apparently he is more of a wide attacker than a striker, with plenty of pace. By that reckoning on here, he is class. Hope he is.
