I look forward to these teams entering administration and being deducted ten points. Actually, ten won't be enough by Xmas, will it?

I look forward to the new rules where teams entering administration are deducted 25 points.

Cardiff will be rooted to the foot of the table by this point, Palace and Fulham just ahead of them and then us, with our heads just above the line on 17 points

FACT

Anyone who thinks we'll be above Fulham any time between now and May wants locking up.

Hull maybe.

Brucie usually has a shocking New Year but they'll have a fair old lead on us by then.

Gus's first challenge is to improve us enough that there's some sort of doubt over the outcome of our games . Not sure wholesale team changes on Sunday is the right way ahead because some of these players prefer not playing : gives them time to snipe at the current manager and look forward to the next one's clean slate

Rubbish. We will we get a point before the end of the season? We couldn't improve fast enough before May arrives to get anything more than the point we have already. I see us being relegated before Christmas.

Hull are what, 10 clear of us? Draw Sat then beat them n it could be 6 withthem coming to our place yet.

I reckon it might take longer. I think we will be out of the bottom three of the Premier League by about August 2014

Now if only we can win as many as we've lost we'll be in top half, what a difference eh.

Love your optimism mate. Will be very tough game today as Norwich park the bus - albeit a very dodgy one if Turner is playing.
Everyone expects us to lose at Everton who are on a hell of a run and its a place of doom for us normally BUT, its the kind of game where 'daft old' Sunderland might just upset the applecart esp' if confidence is up with a win today - IF.
Cardiff are on the point of imploding, and the welsh boys should be very worried about losing Mackay who is destined to be a top manager like our own Gus.
17 points though - really ????
