Bairstow is a lot better player than he was then, altered his technique, he was picked too early. There is scoring county runs and then there is this type of form. He has made mincemeat of 2 of the better attacks in the last week.

Oh aye I agree, just sometimes its better to be proactive, do what the Aussies least expect.
If the pitches are slow then I fancy Bell to score runs, similar to as he did in 2013. Ballance has got to stop listening to people going on about his technique, he has made all these runs and become an international player because of his technique, its obviously worrying how vulnerable he looked to the full ball, but just needs to stick to what got him here in the first place. Very harsh to drop him mind you are right.
