He's not unfit and not fat and he's winning games in 2016. Purely because he has a manager that puts him in a setup where he believes in him and he gets him to express himself.

Defensive Dinosaurs like Pardew and Bruce will not get the best out of him.

Look at what Pardew's gone and done to him now:

Hatem Ben Arfa has been warned he must work harder to force his way back into the Paris Saint-Germain side after being dropped by coach Unai Emery.

Emery said there was every chance for Ben Arfa to make a success of his time with PSG, but he must work for it.

"He has played in every game," Emery told RMC in France. "Sometimes more, sometimes less, but he has played every time.

"He needs to work to improve himself so that if he plays a good 10 minutes, he can play 20 minutes the next time and so on.

"This is the process. He has to work hard and have the right mentality."

Looks like the ballon d'or might have to wait for another season. How many managers has he pissed off now? Deschamps, Pardew, Bruce, and now Emery is obviously drawing the same conclusions.

Not good enough for us, said the smb

Very talented player but a dreadful attitude, hence him falling out with almost every manager he's ever played under.

Have rarely seen a player look as disinterested as he did when we played in the 0-3 under Poyet.
