Just a bit of alleged drug trafficking and other serious offences, fit and proper is a joke.

Hilariously Staveley tried to use that line with paying the money owed to this chap, claiming by paying him she might be inadvertently supporting financial crime. Judge told her to get fucked with that one too, albeit this fella is also a bit of a dodgepot, that however is entirely unrelated to Staveley trying to fuck him over.

Could be mortgaged? She's been done over by Barclays, the Greek fellas just done her,there's possibly other shit we don't know about yet ,and that horrible man who gives zero hour contracts out is still waiting in the wings for his bit that she subbed off him for her share of the club.

she got millions of pounds from the barclays deal...she didnt get everything she wanted from the deal-which was billions-but did get tens of millions...
the greek one will revela a lot..if she has a buisness of the size she claims...then £3.4mn is fuck all of cash to find..

The isse seems to be..she started out advising on deals..which gets you paid big fees, albeit relatively infrequently...but wants to particiopate in the deals..ie putting up cash..and that requires a whole different level of wealth

Out of interest where are you getting the info that she actually owns it? There's claims to the contrary that all seven apartments at that address (129-130 Park Lane) are owned by the Azerbaijani ruling family via offshore companies registered in the British Virgin Islands-

You sure? Two years of the EPL tv deal, one with fourth place performance money and both with multiple facility fees because the broadcasters are so far up their arse, will be 80-90% of that on its own.

i think 130a is staveleys address..presumably 130 was sub divided...comapnies house filing..
and a single park lane building would fund the price KLD paid for SAFC..just as shorts house in chelsea ost more than he sold SAFC for..albeit he asste strip SAFC of land and parachute money (and the dignity of the fans he hoodwinked and dondlad he hoodwinked along the way)..
