Monday December 5 will be our next "Day in the Life of the SMB"

We're going to do it slightly differently this time, and you'll need a Flickr account to participate. If you don't have one, sign up in advance, it's free. https://www.flickr.com

Instructions:

Simple really, take up to three photographs on Monday, upload them to Flickr and make sure you add them to the New Day group linked above.

I'll leave the group open for posting until Tuesday evening and will use the photographs' EXIF data to sort them into chronological order.

Anything taken outside the 24 jours will be discarded, so make sure you camera time and date setting are correct.

Do I have to sign up for another email account with Yahoo to get it? :-[

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERA / PHONE DATE AND TIME ARE SET CORRECTLY.

I'll be using the EXIF data to sort the pictures - anything outside the 24 hours will be discarded.

Using this method means it might take a few minutes to create an acount and post the pictures, but it saves me several hours of work, renaming ad collating pictures. It's the only way we can carry on with these things.

Likewise,im sure i have two "sharing" accounts all ready and struggle with it all,i take lots of pics and just keep them on my pc or sd card and forward as and when,videos i have on Vimeo.I'm no techy but why is it such a faff on putting pics on here in this day and age in general?

Every forum is the same.

I assume by using a hosting site it significantly reduces the amount of server space required to run the forum. This in turn keeps cost to a minimum.
