An instant ban for 1 year would work. They should pay cyclists to film the fuckers using their go-pro. £100 for everyone caught, the thousand quid fine would more than cover that!

I was driving along the A1 near durham today about 1:30...masive lorry in front was all over the road...I past him and the twat was texting on his mobile... the twat should be chucked in a cell..how people dont realise how dangerous this is is beyond me.

Was talking about this at work the other day. We agreed on a 6 week driving ban for first offence, 1 year for second, 3 years for 3rd. Didn't get any further than that.

Slightly off topic I know, but I saw a lass yesterday applying make up to her dish with a brush whilst she was actually driving along Sea Road.

Unbelievable stupid and dangerous, but she was a wad mind (soz, nee pics).

I was in a sex shop last year getting something nice (nuff said there ).i was browsing through the plastic toys for women where i kept going back to this specific one in a box with a couple of wires coming out of the lower end.
Now i'm pretty cluey and thought i'd seen it all but i just couldnt fathom it out so had to ask the assistant.She explained the wires were to a plug that connected to a car cigarette lighter and that those vibrators were a top seller.She said she had one and used it regular especially stuck in traffic jams.For months after, i looked at women drivers more intently.

If it did, you should have reported him, as that is very dangerous. After pulling over to make the call, of course.

that's a bit harsh but I agree with the sentiment, personally I'd make it comparable to drink driving where you would get a mandatory ban of 12 months for a first offence and so on
