I just abuse them. Sign up to all the loyalty cards. Don't go for a couple of weeks and then pop in for a few things in a basket and they give you a voucher to go back for your main shop.

I got £5 off a £40 spend in Morrisons last week and I've got a £7.50 off a £50 spend in Sainsburys to use this week. In each supermarket, I mainly stock up on their special offers as well

When i dont use my clubcard at tescos for a few weeks im guaranteed to get a mail shot with vouchers to get mobey off my shop for next four weeks.

Normally 6 quid off a 40 spend initially then 4 quid off a 40 spend the subsequent weeks..
