200 cal of bran with milk

and I will be eating 2 hard boiled eggs (140 cal) and a bread roll (110 cal)
This morning was tough, fuckin starving. This afternoon was unreal, I have had boundless energy akin to taking speed. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast, it will be epic

I'm right into it now. The first shift was a grueller, I was light- headed and felt fucked. But now I know what to expect, it's a doddle. Drink loads of water during the day, I didn't realise the amount of water you take that comes from your food. Fizzy water is good also. But all in all, it's simple. I found that I was freezing due to the lack of calories, as soon as I finished work I had a hot shower, a cup of black tea and jumped into bedHow hard is this mate?
