And have been signed from relegated sides they weren’t elite then , your argument is all relegated players are shit and we shoud stear clear because we signed a few shit ones that apply a to any transfer

No my argument is I’m all up for signing very good and elite players from relegated sides.

I’d sign Bowen, Maddison and probably a canny few players from either West Ham or Spurs.

Not Fleming. As he’s not in the bracket of the players you mentioned.
 
I think that fans have been worn down in past years by the club's penchant for buying utter mediocrity and hoping to tread water, doing just enough to avoid relegation.

Signings like this are not f'cking happening, for God's sake. Why is this even being discussed? Has this season and the club's great performance in the transfer market passed you by? :lol:

The club could've qualified for Europe this season barring a few slip ups, probably down to lack of squad depth. You reckon the club will be interested in this calibre of player going into our second season where we'll be looking to do better than this season? Get real, man!

Wouldn't mind him like, but he's the same age as Fleming and only scored 2 Prem goals for Man City this season and would likely cost £30m+. Loves a goal against the Mags though 😅

Because the leagues very different now they both cost buttons in comparison to what relegated PL player costs these days in both fee and wages.

For example Fernandes at West Ham is linked with Man U at £50 mil no doubt £150k+ week in wages.

Everyone worth having is too expensive the rest weren't good enough to keep their sides up so we should stay well clear.
