I think we tried to sign Mundle before he went abroad. If so we went back in for him

True. At least we seem to be in the conversation for him. I can’t help thinking if there’s no fee involved and the player will likely choose the best financial package offered there’ll be bigger wages on offer elsewhere.

A goal every 238 minutes and a goal contribution every other game isn’t “hardly doing much” but you know that.

Only 22 so will improve - 1 goal every 4 games for Bordeaux. Depends what his wages are but if we are having to shell out 2-3m for Mendy plus wages this lad could be better value as he'll have sell on value after 2 years.

I'd say with Vipotnik being free, there's an argument that we should try and get both. Strengthens us up top and frees up Hemir and Mayenda for loans.
