will probably watch more when it moves to sky. very difficult watchingany type of sport on itv, but thats just me

though i did catch dhonis innings yesterday and really enjoyed seeing a batsman helmetless, if thats a word

i do wonder if all this t20 will affect india when they play tests here

Think it already has mate,India most definitely a better 20/20 and one day side than test side

agreed. if we win the first test, india may crumble like the last time. some of their top stars, have canny pot bellies and they never enjoy fielding

The poor indian jobber took 4 wickets and had a better economy rate than the two 2 test players that bowled at kolkata ;)

most of the top wicket takers are indians as well
The teams seem to spend most of their cash on the top batsmen so most of the bowlers are Indian.

Loving this 40 odd year old spinner who's come out of nowhere to have a brilliant season

Jesus what a game today, remarkable stuff

Just been watching it, absolutely outrageous ending. When it came down to it, Faulkner just bowled to absolute rank full tosses outside leg stump.

Shane Watson looked liked a broken man!

IPL gets a lot of stick, but the atmosphere and drama of that game is not matched anywhere else domestically.

195 from 14 odd overs, Anderson looks a real unit for New Zealand cricket.

I find T20 a bit dull to be honest. It's just a game for biffers. Swing and hope

ODIs are also fairly dull but at least there are some tactics involved

Test Cricket is the only format for me

Test cricket is without doubt the best format of the game. Its the pinnacle of the game.

I do like T20 stuff as well though. Although the tactical and mental aspect of the game doesnt come close to test cricket there is still an enormous amount of skill, improvisation and innovation demonstrated. And its raw entertainment.

For me, the 50 over format should be made redundant now. The middle section of these games are a very poor advertisement for the game IMO.

Its ok. Nothing special but will get a watch if nothing else on.

Just a series of exhibition games really. Players have no real afffiliation to their teams, nor do I. A number of wealthy owners messing around as they have nothing better to spend their cash on.

Still think the bubble will burst with it in 4 or 5 years time.

Well seems popular as ever mate as grounds packed for every game, players probably have more affiliation for their team, than footballers who in this country go in the huff and demand a move because nobody has bought them a birthday cake.:D
