Probably toast with lots of butter, grated cheese, loads of black pepper and a dash of brown sauce.

Mashed potato and corned beef.
Childhood comfort food.

Occasionally cheese and onion pie, essentially cheesy mash with a pastry base, and corned beef. It’s my wife’s family’s childhood comfort food and on the occasions we have it I always think “ shite, can’t we have something nice” but then really enjoy it. Sardines on toast and mackerel the same, never fancy them but always love it when I have them.

I do the mushrooms first then fry the eggs next all while the beans are cooking in a pan.

This is good, I occasionally do the same, just thought I was missing out on some eggs mixed with beans in a pan scenario Stick some mixed herbs on the eggs
