Your three to go down right now.

In the final 9 series of fixtures

West Ham have to play Wolves and Leeds.
Forest have to play Spurs and Burnley
and Spurs have to play Forest Wolves and Leeds

This suggest to me that the bottom teams will probably be taking points from each other so the points total of the highest placed relegated team is likely to be less than 40.
That's a right old mix and as you say hitting 40 is unlikely.
Those saying Spurs too good to go down remember they finished 4th bottom last year but didnt gave the luxury this year of Leicester and Southampton

Spurs, Burley and Wolves.

West Ham feel like they've turned the corner and Forest have a good leader in Gibbs-White. Leeds have a fairly kind run in. You could see them playing for a draw with West Ham on the last game of the season

Spurs look mentally spent. There was a point earlier in the season when Richarlison started to instinctive grab the ball out of the net when he scored, even if they were winning. Real loser mentality.

They remind me a bit of our 05/06 team. Decent players who have grown terrified of the ball. Their derby performance was pitiful.

100%

The memes would be great
Reports coming out have been saying Spurs players have a relegation clause in their contract meaning they would get a 50% paycut. Not sure if that’s for every player but imagine the fire sale they’ll have over the summer if they go down. Some players there are so full of themselves, a relegation would see a lot of toys out the pram.

That being said, I’d have Solanke here like.

West Ham and Forest are the only ones who look like they are up for the fight to stay up.
Spurs look soft, with dreadful home form. I think they’ll bottle it and go down.

Watching Spurs play the Mags when they had TWO players booked for diving in their own half was something I’ve never seen before like… spot on calling it a loser mentality. Utterly embarrassing and just shows how desperate they really are

So let’s breakdown the candidates.
Wolves - looking like they have hit for, but left it too late
Burnley - down unless they can find 6 wins from somewhere so no chance they stay up
West Ham - Along woth Wolves the in form team down there but level on points with 4th bottom. They will stay up
Forest - can’t find a win from anywhere
Spurs - see Forest
Leeds - only 3 point of bottom 3 but have winnable home games.

So I think it’s a flip of a coin between Forest and spurs or so I thought unto Forest fought like lions at Man City.

So Wolves, Burnley,Spurs for me.

and they now have this Tudor bloke raging at them every morning as soon as they step out of the Lambo

Probably end up between Spurs, Leeds and Forest.

Think West Ham are picking up enough points that they should scrape through.

Forest are hard to tell. They probably have what it takes but are utterly batshit so wouldn't write off some mentalness there and seeing them go down.

Leeds seem to have lost momentum after going on a good run. If they can hit one more run of form should be safe but they are right back in it now.

Spurs look like we did when we went down where you just can't get a performance out of them and the players seem to toxic. They shouldn't of course, easily have the best squad from the teams down there on paper but the rot is full on so they could go down.

At the minute I'm thinking Wolves Burnley and Forest though.

Kind fixtures though. Still got Wolves and Burnley at home to go.
I was thinking Leeds because they have the third worst squad and possibly worst manager in the league but the more I think about, I think European football might do Forest in. Spurs have players to come back and West Ham are playing well. It's very hard to call
