I think shaw is a big threat going forwards, but he’s also rock solid at the back.

I know it’s a limited set of data, but I wasn’t convinced by o’reilly when I’ve seen him play for England so far
 
Can't believe he hasn't picked Wharton.

Wharton Rice should be the starting centre mids. Anderson is an attacking midfielder and should start there.

Can't believe so many teams make this mistake.
 
My 26, with the starting 11 basically being the first name of each line, would be as follows:

Pickford, Henderson, Pope
James, Trent
Konsa, Stones
Guehi, Maguire, Burn
O'Reilly, Hall
Wharton, Mainoo
Bellingham, Gibbs White
Rice, Anderson
Saka, Palmer
Eze, Rodgers, Gordon
Kane, Watkins, DCL

As per my above message. I too would be picking Wharton in the first 11, let alone the 26 man squad!

I rate stones but there are questions marks re his fitness and the amount of games in under a month would be a big ask. Ditto with James
Reckon we need an X factor player like Eze to pull off something spectacular

Left wing feels like a weak area for me. I think I’d try Bellingham out there. I like Rashford off the bench, I feel he’s a lot more effective that way

I agree on the defence - I just think there's a lack of options. I would generally pick Alexander-Arnold over James but with O'Reilly being very advanced on the left, you probably need the defensive solidity.

Eze would be an option from the left mind. Then you could move Rogers central and drop Bellingham back into the 8 to replace Anderson.
