Not that arsed about the T20 truth be known, it's not really cricket is it?. I'd even bring Phil Mustard back as well. Red ball cricket I'd like to see the younger players given more game time though. Can I see that happening.. nope. Can I see it happening if the T20 campaign goes tits up...... Nope

Errrrrrrm, have they not already??!

Davies, Coughlin, Jones, and Harte have all played a good chunk of red ball cricket this season - so who else do you want involved?

You wanted more opportunities for young local lads, I feel they’ve had them. You didn’t want us to strengthen our side with loanees.

Now you’re saying you’re happy to have short term deals - which restricts the chances of young local lads.

To be honest, I just think you say anything to make the club/coaches look shite. If it means completely contradicting yourself, you’re not arsed. You just hope nobody notices........

And they were instantly dropped............... didn't work well did it?

Harte is 25 as well, don't really class him as a youngster & he's not local, but a cricketer who I hope we see a lot more of as he looks good.

If I wanted the club to look shite I wouldn't be paying for 2x 5 year memberships. Some "experts" on here can't even be arsed to go to a game and live a lot closer.

I've not contradicted myself at all. Still stand by what I've said, give the youngsters more red ball cricket time & give Cameron Steel the red ball captaincy, otherwise we run the risk of losing them.

As for the T20, good luck I hope we do well it's a night out after work if nothing more where the club can make a bit more ££.

Mustard and Coetzer aren't coming back, so it will be interesting to see how the club play things in the T20.

Davies and Coughlin have played two Championship games, so hardly instantly dropped - I bet both will play again this season too, they’re clearly in the plans for the future.

Who else would you like us to give a game too though? I don’t see any player in the Academy who deserves to be given a go who hasn’t already featured in the First Team. It’s the same question I asked you at the time regarding loanees, it’s alright saying give youngsters a go, but who actually is there who could come in?

It’s possible to bring kids in who are not ready at all and to completely ruin their careers if they fail massively.

Didn't Davies replace poynter who got a hundred previous game then whed complained when he came back into the side. Also complained about loan signings yet Salisbury has been great
