The Raine shot is something we needed to do early in the innings. We needed to have a bit of a go to bring the runs down as the first goal. Protect the wickets later if needs be. But we backed ourselves into a corner by blocking from the off.

I’ve been here all four days and I’d say it’s definitely not been as dark as yesterday and I don’t think it’s as dark as the evening session on day one either when they appear to take a meter reading, but still stayed on. Must be getting marginal now, though.
 
These twats are disgrace.

The luck they had with 8 points deduction for Hampshire, Worcestershire just gifting us 5 batting points and Hampshire throwing 61/0 away.

To just then give up and throw it all away. Something clearly wrong in the background, the harmony and good feeling of the last two seasons hasn't been there all year.
