It’s not as good as when it was Bows and you’ll probably need to preorder and it shuts down taking orders when it gets busy. Had a meal three weeks ago , won’t go back for a while - jai thai in Roker is just as good plus their portions of starters are much better value , chicken wings are delicious.
Yings seem to have tried to get ahead of orders by precooking their meat at least that’s what it seems like to me as the mixed meat in Penang was really very tough and chicken satay hard and dry. Penang was very sweet too which I didn’t mind but have never had it served that way
I will probably try them again once they’ve got into more of a routine but they’re posting regularly about how it’s one woman cooking all the meals so unless that changes it might be some time.
