Yesterdays pre match Display…

It was appalling.
the complete lack of anti-Saudi / sports washing / blood on your hands / moneygrabbing flags was disgraceful.
Who are u people people ignoring it by saying, ‘ooh wasn’t it pretty’? It wasn’t even that. it was tinpot & cringey.

Shocking isnt it

A pro Sunderland display to support Sunderland eh

Did that display really cost £17k though for a load of red and white carrier bags and some foil flags?!

Pretty sure a lot of that was recycled from a previous display(s) too.

Someone somewhere’s clicked a good few quid.
yet another snidey know it all accusing fellow fans.

Sickening the allegations being levelled at our flag group, all being fuelled by mags on Twitter but our so called fans just can’t help but put the boot in as well.

The display was great, got a huge kick out off seeing and taking part. Noticed the material just crumpled and dropped dead when thrown as well (a few people tried chucking it down the rows)

Thanks @Doberman and @DonaldDownTheWing. When all is said and done these cynical snidey comments will be forgotten and the pictures will tell the true story of the display.

I'm really glad it went well, I didn't see it as I got to my seat just as we kicked off, due to a number of reasons, and I noticed that nearly every seat around me, in the PC, had the plastic sheets still attached to them.

Made me feel a bit sad after all the effort that people had put in so I'm very pleased it went well and apparently looked very good.

Well done to all concerned.

Does it not occur to you that some us want to just support our young team and get behind our club? Filling our ground with 'blood on your hands' banners on national TV, for the whole country to see - is this really what you wanted? Did you have any interest at all in Saudi Arabia's issues before they got involved in Newcastle? There was nothing 'cringey' at all about our ground or the effort that went into it. It looked absolutely amazing.
Club’s shills are out early today I see…

To be fair I thought the south stand tinsel was shite . No offence to the lads who organised and did all the hard work but it should have been Sunderland specific and the first thing i said on entering the stand was is it still xmas ?. which is what the mags are all saying now, but screw them .
I'm presuming all the messing about from the club limited creativity and maybe it looked more impressive form other perspectives
It was the old chevrons from the old shirts mate. The club should donate 1pc of all season ticket revenue to assist displays. They donated not even a cup of tea.

It's ludicrous the club's stance on the S037 and sums up the current state of the hierarchy. KLD needs to resolve this and bin every single one of them for gross incompetence. To achieve what has been achieved to date without any proper help, good will, proactive support or basic f***ing enthusiasm from anybody in a position of authority is of huge credit to the organisersof SO37 and all their volunteers. Imagine what could be achieved with just a token amount of support?

It's a win/win for all concerned for minimal cost to KLD and his senior leadership if they did what they're employed to do i.e. ACT AS CUSTODIANS AND IN THE INTERSTS OF SAFC AND ITS FANS!

I wasn’t even born at that point and I knew what it was.
have an apple
Love it when someone outs themselves on here as having no idea about our clubs history, you’ve completely missed the point of the chevrons
No idea about clubs history

I didn't even know they were chevrons to be fair being in amongst it all, probably looked better from tartan rug country or even on telly.
Its only this morning I've seen the banner on face book re the connection with current and old players which does at least give a bit of context . Tinsel was still shite like
