Anyone actually seen him play in the 7,8 years since he played for us? He was good but I reckon he's rated more highly than his performances merited because of the whole airport fiasco and his desperation to be here.

Was absolute quality for us. He’s bossed the Greek premier league, was in team of the year 20/21 and 21/22. Played 30 plus games last 3 seasons. As well as being only 33 and even 6 months out I reckon he’d be fitter than some of our squad. He’d also,experience wise, be outstanding for Ekwah, Neil and Rigg, even Ballard and Onien would benefit.

Not much of a one. Out of contract and he's said money isn't really a motivation for him. It's a no brainer imo , we've got absolutely nothing to lose

In my eyes it’s less of a gamble than a 19 year old from the French second division reserves team with a handful of first team appearances.

He’s 33, free, experienced, liked at the club and has been playing regularly at European level over the past few years. I think it’s as close to risk free as you get.
