A "Mob Rule Ban" button.

Every post has a "ban the fucker" button next to the "like" and "report" ones. Any member can activate it. Upon activation a poll opens, if 50 people agree to ban the fucker within 24 hours the poster gets a one week time out, if the poll doesn't get enough ban votes the person that created it cops the ban.

I'd like to have the whole forum as an API so that I can access it via another application.

Sometimes all this red on the screen is very obvious at work and having it look like outlook or a command prompt would be very handy
