Would you swap Sadiki for Amad?

I remember similar conversations on here when we had Malbranque, Henderson and Zenden. The craic was that we didn’t score enough from midfield and the set piece delivery was awful. They were replaced by Gardner (a goal scoring midfielder) and Larsson (a set piece specialist) and we became a materially worse team.

Sadiki is a superb footballer. I’d be gutted if he left.

Certainly would have Amad in for Hume every day of the week.

Sadiki back to his best yesterday. So much energy. Needs to add the odd goal to his game but what a player.

When he went clean through I wasn't completely confident he'd score....That was the kind of chance you want Wilson on the end of.
 
Possibly if we could get Mainoo hoyed in as well

although I haven’t watched him closely recently I was hugely impressed with him when he broke through

A few people not understanding the initial question. I don’t think the OPs suggesting Amad comes into the team to do the exact role Noah is doing now

Swap deal. Because the way I see it the only hope we have of being half way good enough to win games consistently in this league over the long term is if we buy world class players from clubs like Manchester United.

Look at the evidence. We were playing at our best and it still wasn’t good enough to beat their worst. How good are United as a team? I feel genuinely sorry for any team who wins the Playoff Final. They are going to have to be way better than a Premier League teams worst to compete and frankly they will struggle massively to get the players who are good enough to match their worst.
 
amad is the winger we need to play alongside sadiki..not instead of him

sadiki is a positive influence on our team and we should be looking to keep him for as long as possible

It would have to be something like Amad + £40m for me to be relatively happy.

With the individual prices being £30m for Amad and £70m for Sadiki. Probably slightly reflected in the fact I don't want to sell Sadiki, and assuming he hits his potential.
