Thats my take on Lincoln game as well. Up till then we gad put in a decent run. The second half performance was particularly good imo and the team were full of confidence. Granted Lincoln had won their last game convincingly. I would recon (maybe wrong) that even with a weakened tean most SAFC fans were pretty confident of victory. But it never happened and Iagain I reckon most fans were surprised of outcome. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and again I reckon that most fans would have wanted game to go head due to current form

Fully understand why some fans want Accrington called off especially after Lincoln performance

Another point, all hypothetical though!! Lincoln at present maybe in a false position, if we had called it off, come time to play them later in season their form may have picked up and would have been harder to beat!!!!

With Winchester out and the revelation that Pritchard was carrying a knock going into Tuesday’s game there is no way way we should be going away to a decent Accrington team who have just beaten Rotherham at home with a team made up of recalled loanees from Notts County, Harrogate and Tranmere with absolutely Jack shit on the bench.
