That makes no sense to be honest. You are a L1 club with L1 players in L1. So a 6-0 defeat in L1 is always a possibility, and no worse than if you were a Championship club losing 6-0 in the Championship or a Premier League club losing 6-0 in the Premier League. 6-0 is a bad result at whatever level a club is playing at.
Historically we should never be in league one in the first place. It’s different when you support a nothing team like yourself.
But you are, on merit, like the nothing sides.
and at least we scored the best goal of the game that day.

nothing sides get next to no fans in the grounds. Something sides get thousand upon thousands. Nothing sides attract a couple of hundred fans to away games. Something sides attract thousands. Nothing sides have no glamorous history. Something sides have a glamorous history. Nothing sides dont attract better players. Something sides do. Nothing sides fans expect nothing better that what they have. Something sides are realistically reaching for the top.
