In FC cricket I think it would be Gary Scott. I'm not sure about List A cricket but I'd presume Minto would be the youngest.
 
50 over cricket is now fucked in England thanks to the 100 and the ecbs handling of it. Most games today are just wickets tumbling. When its still an international tournament it should be demoted to reserve sides
