Make sure when you copy the link you press select all as sometime it misses the last few digits off

Aye I always do. It's now worked, all I did was close my browser down properly and reload it. Either way it's sorted, thanks.

Make sure you’ve got the full link copied with the numbers on the end.

I've checked my email so I know which is which.

Sometimes when I've had paper tickets before they've been adult ones with "child" hand written on it.
