And this is exactly why people asked me to buy their tickets previously. When it was paper tickets for away games lots of fans got me to buy their tickets for them as they knew they’d receive them from me and they’d had so many issues where tickets they bought from the club directly didn’t arrive and they couldn’t get in touch with the ticket office.

One example where Bolton were really annoyed with Sunderland (6-0 game), I’d bought tickets as normal and instead of leaving them in collections for me they posted them out. The tickets never arrived as they’d put insufficient postage on so I got a Royal Mail collection notification to pay £5 + additional postage to collect the item 4 days after the game. The club blamed me for the weight of the tickets exceeding the normal postage charge.
 
What a performance.
Tried 3 different devices multiple times, becoming increasingly frustrated and annoyed.
Blood pressure still elevated, but i've got confirmation now....:rolleyes:
