Wolverhampton Wanderers v Sunderland AFC 3pm Match Thread

Aye they’re properly shit, had a few decent chances though!
That's because for the for the last few months we have forgotten how to defend.

And what's even worse is that onien will probably be a guarantee starter for the last 3 games as will he fuck play Geertruda

Not beating an already relegated team is a pretty shit result I would say.
However in the grand scheme of things its a small blip in what has been a fantastic season and I'm excited to see what the recruitment team have in store in the summer.

Most disappointing aspect for me was how poor we were from start of second half until the subs around 70 mins.

Still a point away from home with ten men for most of it isn’t too shabby really.
People keep repeating we only had 10 men on which is true but the result and some of the play we’ve witnessed underscores that we still aren’t agile or adaptable if even a small aspect of the pre match tactics fail

Never a red card imo, yes it was a foul and it was a pull, but he wasn't looking at the player and wasn't violent conduct.

I think a foul and yellow card should have been the outcome.

Poor game but a good point when down to 10 and a ref that seemed happy to book us and not them.

Cracking season even with the downturn in form.

3 games to go, let's get above 50 points!

While all of that is true, a lot of people are frustrated because (like last year) we have only turned up for 2/3 of the season. Great that we can afford to do that given our comfortable position but also a massive missed opportunity.

Remind me how that worked out last season?
