Hair pulling is definitely a red card offence. However, Ballard is holding him off and grabbing his shirt but his hair is long and goes down his back and gets caught in the shirt and hand grip. Ballrd doesn't pull it. It's just shit refereeing/VAR or the shittest rule they've introduced in awhile as you can just have long hair and win fouls all the time now. There was a fuss specifically about hair-pulling, resulting in a new ruling just over a week ago. Stupid as the ruling is, Ballard will have known about it.

I think it massively does. You don’t think players make different decisions, take less risks etc being a man down?I dont think that effects decision making or passing tbf
Bang on mate. There isn’t a hair pulling law as well so they are genuinely making it as they goThey’re both holding on to each other, both watching the ball. Nothing deliberate, the other players long hair just gets in the way. How anyone can watch that and think it’s a foul is beyond me

Shirt pulling is pretty standard though, the hair is literally on the shirtThere is absolutely know need to touch a player's hair never mind pull it no matter how slight.
Doesn't go down enough. That's his problem. He loses his rag because he gets fouled relentlessly and the refs don’t wanna know. It’s literally every single game and I’m sick to the bastard teeth of it.
Unfortunately, wigs aren't allowed, would have to be a proper stick on hair systemIf everyone wore a wig for every minute of every game, I wonder how many times someone would touch it in a season. A red card generator.
