Woltemade wants away

Been loads of big lads not been good in the air over the years. Reidy tried to replace quinny with Lillian and flo both big lads not the best in the air.
I agree there’s been a lot of big fellas who haven’t been good in the air over the years , that laslandes who reidy brought in was just poor full stop imo ,flo was very decent for most teams he played for bar us as he was better with his feet and we tried to use him more of a target man, both of them nowhere near the size of that woltermackem mind ,at 6 foot 7/8 he should be at least half decent in the air surely

I actually think there’s a decent player in there but the way that lot use him is totally wrong.
FFS man the lad cant take a player on, has absolutely no pace or strength, and for his height he loses more headers than he wins.
I still cannot understand what they saw in him to pay 70 million.
Many non league players have a good touch, control ect, but to be top level you need much much more to your game.
Even the times he has scored the majority of the goals have been sitters.

When he starts for the mags it's like having 10 men, longer they keep playing him the better.

I hope he leaves, I think he's gonna be a good player given time and if they use him properly. Wissa is shite I believe.

Mind, Brobbey is better, they'd actually make a fantastic front 2.

I would honestly have him here.
Don't think he suits how they try to play but would fit into our side decent enough.
The problem with them simple bastards is they see him as their famous number 9 but he's probably better playing a bit deeper.
Him and Brobbey or Mayenda together could be a right handful.
Really who would you leave out of our midfield to fit him ?
and how would you then ensure the hard graft required at prem level still gets done as big Walt just wanders around.

With financial constraints these days one bad window can ruin a team, unless they find a way to move players on before value drops. So I wouldn't be surprised if they are looking to minimise losses on one or two players.

Woltemade's stock will still be relatively high but if he doesn't start scoring again soon it might drop. Wissa is another story altogether .

But if you look how quickly we have moved Adingra on you can see the importance of not letting players' values dwindle and incurring significant losses, tying hands for the future.

He’s looked quite light weight but canny technical when I’ve watched him play. Mainly for the German u21s before he went to the mags. He’s clearly not a target big man though and loads of mags have been ripping him on socials about it. Was canny for our goal mind 🤣🤣

7 caps for france before moving to us.

I don’t think that he was a bad player, he just wasn’t suited to us.

Scored one of our best goals this season so definitely would have him
