I agree there’s been a lot of big fellas who haven’t been good in the air over the years , that laslandes who reidy brought in was just poor full stop imo ,flo was very decent for most teams he played for bar us as he was better with his feet and we tried to use him more of a target man,both of them nowhere near the size of that woltermackem mind ,at 6 foot 7/8 he should be at least half decent in the air surely

I had to use Wikipedia! I was trying to find out how good the Bordeaux team was before he signed for us. I assume that French football at the time was slower and more ‘technical’ than Reid’s style.
