Winter 2020 cricket Aus, NZ, SA

Bodyline stuff this. Deliberately targeting the ribs and arms.

I'm also one who also doesn't see what Tim Paine brings to the crease these days. Neither his batting or keeping is up to test standard.

When you have probably the best bowling attack in test cricket, the fielding and bowling rotation options often pick themselves, too. His only contribution seems to be shouting "Well done Gary" or appealing for wickets that are patently not out.

Australia would be much better off selecting a proper wicketkeeper and having a captain that is worth his place in the starting line-up.

So true. They have some talented young lads about, good time to blood one I reckon.

This has been really brave batting by these 2 like, Ashwin gone up a lot in my estimation, a proper competitor.

Vihari doing it with a pulled hamstring.

Compelling viewing.

1 wicket here though and I fancy the aussies, with an injured Jadeja and a long tail to come.
Also there is 10k allowed in, but only 5k turned up

Poor that unless I am missing something, they dont know how lucky there are.

vihari doing a du plessis
Tim Paine is 36, think he's eyeing the Ashes as a swansong

Watched this series, and these are 2 decent sides, but England can compete here, if our top 6 remains in some sort of form. Aussies so reliant on Warner n Smith still

The big issue is the spinner, even though Lyon n Ashwin not ran through anyone, they hold an end well. Big ask for Bess.
Shut your mouth Paine mate, total tit.

I'm hoping virdi gets an opportunity as have a feeling he might be the spinner we've been missing

God, these Aussies are so annoying, almost as bad as the mags

Pretending they are all nicey nice, then turn to the shit chat when struggling

Agree with this

I am probs bias, but they just look back to how they were under Smith, almost like they are under instruction to do it

3 top class pace bowlers bowleed into the ground....green barely bowled despite being a quick bowler, Smith not been used as a changeup.....
Haha Paine with a drop

Paine

Why you chirping now mate, not catching wickets?
Made my week that.
So brave by an injured Vihari this

questioned his selection earlier in game, you can see why they've picked him now, obviously on charachter

if fit, he deserves a run after this.

Should be Cummings instead of Lyon bowling now
Ashwin and jadeja aren't bad cricketers when you consider their batting and fielding alongside.bowling averages of 25

Quality cricketers aye

Ashwin bowled well this series, has struggled in past abroad sometimes

I know ashwins record isn't anywhere near as good but he's clearly good.enough to bat at 7 and play as a genuine all rounder, little strange that jadeja gets left out when he has a triple century in 1st class cricket and averaged over 40 with the bat the last 2 years in tests.
Would have them at 7 & 8 with 3 quicks 9-11 at most grounds in the world
