Pakistan's session. Only 1 wicket lost. Odds still massively in favour of a New Zealand win by a big margin but at least they're being made to work for it.

Pakistan not losing a wicket in the 2nd session, tremendous batting really digging in.
36 overs left, 6 wickets left, 158 runs at 4.3 an over needed if they wanted to go for it...
Great test match cricket, it's good to have it back and England hopefully start in 2 weeks.

As much as I love NZ, these produce some awful pitches like.

Well deserved although the usual caveats apply. Can’t remember the last time they toured (yes there are reasons for that this year) never mind won. Apart from in Aus last winter where they got hammered

NZ are class at home, they are the darlings of the cricket media in this country though, they were so bad in Australia its untrue, yet it barely got a mentioned. I think we'd hammer them in England over 5 tests personally.

Wagner is such a weapon for them on those pitches, batsman dont like facing short bowling, at any level, and the difference with Wagner to others is he can pretty much do it all day long.

You can't help but like them

Not sure about hammering them, their attack would be a handful over here and Williamson scores runs anywhere. just wish we’d get the chance to find out! Hardly ever play them over here, just seems to be Oz, India, Pakistan and WI on a rota
