Five signed this season plus Mundle already on the books. What’s your thoughts on whether we still need better quality on the flanks, who would you keep and who you’d like to sign. Personally I’d be fairly happy with Angulo and Talbi on the left but I’d sell Adingra, Mundle and let Traore leave if we could sign Amad. Those three should cover most of his wages and maybe 40% of the fee.

Read an article suggesting that Summerville could be available for a knockdown £15m. Can’t see it myself like, his form was excellent second half of the season.

I think the club has invested enough on left sided wingers so I’d be surprised if we invest again but there hasn’t been much spent at all right side. That’s the missing link for me. Amad, Bowen…proper next level signings.

Aye, just need an established right winger like Traore but who is younger and quicker. Most promising link seems to be with that Alisson.

Traore and Adingra reckoned to be on £7m a year between them. That’s roughly £140k a week. The same sources suggest Amad is on slightly less than £7m.

Brazilian lad at Shaktar, big lad for a winger too so can replicate what we got from Bert.

Wow that's ridiculous we were paying them that much. I keep forgetting how bad a signing adingra was, did his loan continue to go well, can we get rid? Hopefully the wages don't put them off

He'll cost 30m+ and Rayan at Bournemouth has been class and he's about the same age/profile.
 
We clearly realized you can get quality reliable central players and defenders for reasonable prices but also to get a finished article winger/attacker it'll cost above and beyond 50m.

So cheaper raw attackers that can grow was clearly the plan.... but with the extra games, with little pressure to bring in more than 2 or 3 1st teamers.. a quality winger ready to hit the ground running should be a priority.

Aye but Adingra on 120k and Traore on 20k :lol:
 
I think we may of seen the last of Mundle. I think we have outgrown him unfortunately, he might go out on loan with his injury record

Remember we were linked with that adam daghim before he went to Wolfsberg and we signed traore.. wonder if he could be considered as backup... still only 20 too.
